match.com is dishonest scam fraud cheat

Yes, match.com is a ripoff and scam. I have in the past received emails I can't open, or even see who looked at me, without paying. It seems it always happens whenever I stop paying. Then they are either russian or someone being paid, as after I contact, I never hear back.
Now match.com has gone too far. I paid for a six month guarantee and they are not honoring it. I emailed them and they said I didn't sign up for it. Yet, every month I saw the guarantee symbol, and completed the requirements. I called them directly, was put on hold for 15 minutes and then told, that I did not contact enough people. Bullshit. Liars. Cheats. They stole another $100 from me without my permission. I would not have signed up for another six months. They just took it and won't refund. Shame on you match.com and shame on you Dr Phil.

Well, looks like match.com came thru. Not sure if it was my posting, my diligence or my quitting the service with a final comment of absolutely never referring anyone to the site. But, they refunded the money they took out of my account, lowered the renewal rate and gave me the six month guarantee.
